i. 2044 Central Avenue. Minimart Redevelopment.
Applicant: Sam Petroleum, presented by Bohler Engineering.
Updated waiver request for the construction of a new one-story minimart with four gas pumps on a parcel that was previously a Getty gas station. The applicant requests the following waivers: fueling station canopy and dumpster enclosure, front yard building setback, and dumpster enclosure is not permitted within the 25’ of a boundary line to an existing singlefamily use. The site is zoned COR. TDE: Not assigned for redevelopment projects. (PL-20-00008)
